Weight loss......This is a 4 step process. This will show results very early if you follow the steps, properly.


First we need to understand the causes of weight gain.


1. Medical problems: These days most of us certainly on one or other medications and this keeps adding to lessening of our immunity and keeps adding more problems to body.

Let us now proceed to the procedure:

Step I : Wake up early
Do following yoga.
Sit on vajraasana as shown in picture.



Turn your head to the left and stay the same position for 200 sec and then to the right, then down and then high up... (look upwards).
Do all movements for the same duration of 200 seconds.

The major reason, behind this simple yoga that leads to weight loss, is .... it stimulates spine thus making brain active and energizes your body physically.

This will be your face yoga to uplift and tone your facial muscles. And along it will strengthen your spine, which will help you to activate your brain cell, thus making you active for the next possible workout.

Step II: Do some push ups, bridge, and some stretches as per your calibre.






This whole simplest yoga will give you a sure start up for rest of the day.





II. Detoxification

Next... if you are under medication or unhealthy life style you surely need detoxification.

Detoxification drink


Take a jug or water bottle. Add one tablespoon ajwain and 1 tablespoon cumin seeds, some mint leaves to it. Besides you may add any spices of your choice. All spices are really helpful in managing weight. Refrigerate it over night and have it whenever you feel thirsty. There is no rule to use it. You may drink it any time to refresh and energize yourself. This drink is much better than any of the energy drinks available in the market.


III. Food portions: Don't take small meals take a good meal in the breakfast. Eat good eat healthy.
Don't take anything after 8:00 p.m. This will lead to immediate fasting. And you will really find the results in weeks.

IV. Some pan supari: Make a mix of ajwain and cumin seeds and have ½ teaspoon of it whenever you crave.
